POWERFUL EVERY RUN: Stronger. Faster. Better.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM

Powerful Every Run is a strength and conditioning program formatted specifically for runners while also benefitting any athlete that seeks to improve their running skills and endurance.

 

The series will help runners –- new and experienced -- to become overall stronger, faster and better athletes. With regular progress measurements, the program will ensure that participants who are putting in the effort have tremendous gains.

Athletes can expect to achieve:

 

  • Structural development to withstand impact of running on joints and muscles;

  • Increases in total and sport-specific muscle strength, endurance and mechanic execution;

  • Improvement and sustainment of top speed;

  • Ability of the body to work at a higher capacity during distance runs without accumulating enough fatigue to stop your efforts; and, but not limited to,

  • Overall effective progression in their athletic goals.

We’re taking a limited number of motivated athletes.

The goal is simple: to provide the programming and tools for athletes to become elite athletes. Once you consistently apply the techniques and training you learn in these fitness sessions, your ability to perform increases and allows you to constantly improve yourself and your running.

WHY THIS PROGRAM?

 

  • Cost-Efficient -- This program is one of, if not, the cheapest you will find in the city.  For 6 or 12 sessions over the course of 6 weeks, you’re paying less than $15/class with guaranteed results if you give 100% effort.

  • Personal -- You know me. I know you. Or I will know you soon. If you’re a beginner (I really want you guys!), this is the place to begin and feel comfortable as you take hold of your inner athletic abilities. For the seasoned and comfortable runners, this is an opportunty to review the basics and challenge yourself in a structured format to review and increase your athletic capabilities and skills.

  • Intimate -- Class size is limited. This is Semi-Private Training. Big classes are not only intimidating, but they’re also very limiting in that you do not get the personal attention you need. It also allows the ability to quickly decide everyone’s level so that beginners and advanced people are getting the most of the program. Whether you are running 3 minute miles, training for a full marathon, or preparing for your first 5k -- training is specified for your goals.

  • Injury Prevention -- Physical activity puts stress on your body, so proper training is important. We will help you learn your body: why certain pains/soreness are occurring, how to prevent injury, what your body can handle, how to handle it, and what to do if injury does occur. To perform at your best, you need to make sure your equipment -- your body -- is performing under the right conditions.

  • Support -- The program doesn't end when the workout is over. Participants will have guidance training, where workouts and challenges are created specifically for both the group and each individual. Workout programs, complete with visual and written instructions, will be provided to each participant so that they can continue their training wherever they choose to workout outside of the scheduled classes.

  • Results -- My clients are or become my friends. I genuinely want each participant to reach their goals. This program will not only help you with your athletic abilities, it’s going to be physically pleasing as well.
